My major was based on Science of the Body so at my core I understand
I knew the world needed this, a dose of hope, a reason to keep going, and a community that provides and desires.
The idea for The Black Girl Newsletter came from a simple truth: women are not lacking ambition—they’re lacking infrastructure. Too often, we’re told to do it all alone, to hustle harder, and to sacrifice our peace for success. I wanted to change that narrative.

A space that says: You belong here. Your voice matters. Your dreams are valid.
Today, TBGN is more than a newsletter. It’s a movement. It’s a lifeline for women who are ready to rise together, share resources, and build legacies without losing themselves in the process.
This is just the beginning. And I’m honored you’re here to be part of it.
